Olympic gymnast Beth Tweddle has been pictured for the first time since she underwent emergency surgery on her back.
The former gymnast - the most successful in British history - suffered an horrific back injury during her stint on Channel 4's latest series of The Jump.
Sporting a neck brace, the 30-year-old and her former Dancing on Ice partner Dan Whiston, 39, enjoyed a lunch date in Cheshire after returning home from an Austrian hospital.
