How a 56-year-old single mum from Nottingham became a swimwear superstar (and she's a size16)

Nicola Griffon, 56, from Nottingham, is a size 16 with grey hair. She's also a swimsuit model who has featured in Sport Illustrated, pictured. She was the oldest woman to ever appear in its pages. 

She believes in body positivity and thinks that older women should stop dyeing their hair, as it ages them. 

Her twin daughters Tabitha and Elly, pictured right, both 21, support her and texted her reminding her to shave her legs before the swimwear shoot.
