Joey Rott, father-of-five from Kansas, has described wife Casi's final moments with her two oldest children, aged 6 and 2, before she suffered a fatal blood clot and died on the way to hospital.
Before giving birth to triplets on January 29, Casi had moved from her family home to be closer to a hospital, meaning she hadn't seen her two daughters for three months.
On the day she died, Casi returned home for the first time and embraced the girls, with husband Joey saying: 'That was the happiest I'd ever seen her.'
