A man was pulled naked by a rope through the streets of a Buenos Aires barrio after being allegedly caught in the act of raping an eight-year-old girl.
He was then handed over to the police as locals continue to shout abuse at him.
There is no news yet as to what action the authorities will take against the man or what evidence locals had to humiliate him as they did.
