'The photo on the left is ONE baby, the one on the right is with the TWINS': Fitness guru posts flashback snap to show the difference a 'fit pregnancy' can make

Fitness guru Sophie Guidolin, 27, from the Gold Coast, Queensland, has posted a flashback snap of her pregnant bellies. 




Her physique during her twin pregnancy (right) was significantly smaller and fitter compared to her single pregnancy (left). In both photos she was almost nine months pregnant. The Instagram star and mother-of-four documented her fit twin pregnancy and was criticised after choosing to lift heavy weights and follow a strict workout regime. But during her singleton pregnancy Ms Guidolin was anaemic, frail, weak and had a number of health concerns. During her twin pregnancy she was strong and had no health concerns at all. Ms Guidolin gave birth to her twin girls in September, 2015. 'It [the photo] truly reminded me how blessed I am to have been able to experience a fit, active & healthy pregnancy vs my first two pregnancies,' she said.
