Bablu suffers from local gigantism and was cruelly dubbed a 'devil's child' by his neighbours who didn't understand why his arm had developed in such a way. He was forced to flee his hometown to start a new life for himself in Mumbai.
It is not known exactly where in India Bablu, who is now 25 years old, was previously living. A local journalist recently followed Bablu around the streets of the city and explained that not only is he still receiving prejudice, he has also been unable to secure a job of any kind.
