In just nine years Venezuelan model Aleira Avendaño (pictured left and right) has undergone 25 operations including four boob jobs, six liposuctions, four rounds of buttock injections, three nose jobs. Nicknamed the 'Latina Barbie', Latin America's most operated woman has revealed the full extent of her surgery addiction. 



The 5ft 4in model, with a size 20 waist and size 46 hips, who has gone from a size B breast when she 18 before surgery (inset) to a 38DD, told MailOnline she is always chasing the 'rush' of her first operation - like a drug addict.
