Obese 57-stone mother who underwent gastric surgery to save her life admits she is still bedridden NINE months after the procedure because she refuses to even try and walk

Marla McCants, 44, from Nashville, Tennessee, went from 800lbs (left) to 534lbs over the course of a year during her appearance on the TLC reality series My 600lb Life last year. 



Marla stood for the first time in five years on the show (inset), however, it has been nine months since her gastric bypass surgery, and she still bedridden (right). Marla claims she is losing weight, but she won't walk.
