'Paralysed bride' reveals she hasn't spoken to best friend who crippled her by pushing her into a pool on US bachelorette party for a YEAR - despite once defending her

Rachelle Chapman, 30, from North Carolina, says she no longer speaks with the 'best friend' who accidentally paralyzed her six years ago because the woman 'wasn't there when I needed her.' 




Instead she is focused on raising daughter Kaylee, who turned one this week (left), as the family celebrated with an Elmo-themed party. While the little girl learned to walk by pulling herself up on her mom's wheelchair, Chapman has learned to drive an adapted van to help take her daughter to school. Chapman (pictured right before her accident) was left a quadriplegic in 2010 after she injured her neck being pushed into a pool during her bachelorette party.
