Fabienne Ruttledge (pictured) could miss out on her place to study law at the University of Kent because exam questions were leaked prior to an exam she sat at Wanstead High School in London (inset).
Ms Ruttledge, from Essex, says she has been unfairly penalised after exam board AQA investigated her for cheating and subsequently ruled she would not receive any marks for her answers on the three topics shared via the group. The 18-year-old said she had 'no intention to cheat at any point.'
