So it's perhaps unsurprising that Charlotte Crosby was spotted looking weary when she emerged in central London on Thursday morning.
The Geordie Shore star, 26, appeared to have momentarily ditched her polished appearance when she left her hotel looking entirely off-duty.
Seemingly unprepared for her low-key exit, she was open-mouthed and clutching a pile of clothes as she made her way to a waiting taxi.
The garments included a pair of white stiletto heels and some barely-there dresses, which - even when combined - didn't seem to amount to much.
Keeping it casual, she went for the comfortable approach in a chequered jumpsuit which she matched with a pair of black sandals and a tan handbag.
