Boy, 5, who was so terrified of the loo he didn't go for FOUR months is fitted with a colostomy bag after vomiting his waste up

Jake Clark, from Warrington, Cheshire, stopped passing stools when he was 18 months old. It is believed he developed a phobia of going to the toilet after passing a painful stool.

Doctors decided to fit a colostomy bag (left) after he was hospitalised three times because of his severe constipation (inset). His mother Carrie Brocklebank, 23, said she hopes it will help him to control his condition. She said: 'He's having play therapy at school at the minute to help him through the trauma of going to the toilet and also so he can be a bit more in control of his condition - hopefully this will help him quite a lot.'
