Founder and leader of the Black Women's Defense League streamed live video of Dallas cop massacre on Facebook

Niecee Cornute (left), 26, used her cell phone to 'depict the murder of one or more police officers' when Army veteran Micah Johnson (right) opened fire at a Black Lives Matter protest in the city last Thursday, an affidavit says.

The affidavit adds that 'there was indication that the video was uploaded to Ms Cornute's Facebook page in real time, as the offenses occurred.' Cornute was detained by Dallas police for four hours, her attorney and former national chairman of the New Black Panther Party Malik Shabazz (inset) said. She was released when police found there 'was not sufficient probable cause to believe that Ms Cornute was involved in the capital murder offenses,' the affidavit adds. 'She was detained and released because she has no involvement in the shooting, Shabazz added.
