The 34-year-old mom took to Instagram on Sunday morning to share a picture of Arabella, Joseph and their three-month-old baby brother Theodore, with the elder kids in sweet matching blue and white striped outfits. 


The photo sees the three siblings sitting together on the couch with little Theodore between them, dressed all in white. The proud mom previously posted another photo of Arabella holding her little brother in pajamas on Friday.
