Six-year-old girl gives a weeping homeless man her pocket money - and becomes an internet sensation

Janiyah Lewis, six, from Norfolk, Virginia, was out shopping with her mother when she spotted a man crying. 

After speaking to him and learning he was homeless, Janiyah, pictured left and right, with the man she helped, gave him her allowance money and suggested he go to McDonald's to buy food. Her mother Kenyatta, 23, shared her daughter's story on Facebook where it has gained the attention of hundreds of thousands of people.
