Heave Ho chaps! Prince Charles is in his element as he is roped in to help umpire tug o'war at the Highland Games

This was not your normal tug o'war umpire. Prince Charles oversaw judging at the Mey Highland games on Saturday while also sharing a laugh during the egg and spoon races and spoof horse dressage. 


The Prince of Wales was a keen umpire (right) while competitors laughed and giggled during the tug o'war (left). The games ditched their normal site in a field near Castle Mey due to water-logged conditions and instead took place in a field in John O'Groats.
