Comedy own goals and ridiculous red cards usually define the nightmare debut, but Jeremy Menez took the term to another level during his bow for Bordeaux. 


Only two days after joining the Ligue 1 club from AC Milan, Menez lost part of his right ear during a tangle with Lorient's Didier Ndong in a friendly which left the French forward requiring surgery.
