Pensioner, 71, could be charged with criminal damage for cutting the GRASS outside his home
Pensioner Robert Wall, 71, has been warned he could be charged with criminal damage for cutting the strip of council-owned grass outside his home in Rainham, London.
He insisted that it was 'totally over the top' and that all he wanted is to 'help to keep this area smart and up to scratch'. He branded the council's warning 'absolutely ridiculous'. Mr Wall has previously been warned about painting fence posts in the area.
