It started when we noticed that Victoria Beckham was hiding her right arm from photographers - then her left hand and then her feet. 


Now it seems Victoria, 42, doesn't want anyone to see her famous pout. From New York Fashion Week (left) to watching David play football (bottom, centre), Posh is keeping up appearances but her mouth is nowhere to be seen.
