The Duchess of Cambridge, 34, dissolved into giggles today as she caught the attention of a cheeky builder on a visit to Nansledan in Cornwall with Prince William (top).
Kate was spotted by construction worker Sam Wayne, from Redruth, as the couple strolled past while on a visit to see how new housing and businesses will benefit the local area. Sam managed to snap a selfie with the royal couple (bottom left) as it emerged he had also managed to get a picture with Prince William in 2014 (bottom right). William seemed to take it all in good spirits, as the man's colleagues looked on in amusement.
