The African Business Angel Network (ABAN) has announced a partnership with VC4Africato host its Angel Investor Masterclass in Cairo, Egypt this December.
ABAN Masterclasses focuses on facilitating interactions between angel investors, high-potential entrepreneurs and other relevant stakeholders in the ecosystem.
The Cairo Masterclass will be conducted by long-time investor and entrepreneur Balz Roth, with an introduction by local investor Khaled Ismail.
The 4-hour session will unpack the entire investment spectrum from deal origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, post-investment monitoring and finally, exits.
The masterclass will hold on December 6, 2016 from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM at the Cairo Marriott Hotel, Zamalek. For more info and/or RSVP, do contact secretariat@abanangels.org.
This will be third investor masterclass ABAN will host this year. The first and second took place in Kenya (August) and Cameroon (October) respectively.
The investor masterclass is part of a series of bootcamps and masterclasses hosted by ABAN to ‘unlock capital for early stage innovation’.
