The reality starlet gave an eye-popping glimpse of her plentiful bust, as she sat by the pool with just an arm protecting her completely bare chest.
Maintaining an element of glitz however, Lisa kept on her skimpy black bikini bottoms, which were adorned with a line of silver sequins and diamanté gems across the front.
Secured by single strings at the side, the bottoms left her long legs and ample amounts of skin on show as she paddled her feet happily in the cooling water.
While she stripped herself of clothes she did not rid herself of her trademark made-up appearance - keeping her hair in styled waves and adding a thick set of false lashes to her eyes as she lounged poolside.
Lisa rose to fame after she appeared on Big Brother with then-boyfriend Mario Marconi back in 2008 - which saw him pop the question to her in the house.
