Stars wow on the red carpet with plunging gowns, dazzling florals and even a baby bump as the BAFTA Television Awards gets off to a rainy start

The best of British TV talent dressed to impress for the 2017 BAFTA Television Awards at Royal Festival Hall in London on Sunday night. 


(LtoR) Gillian Anderson and Poldark's Eleanor Tomlinson dazzled in florals, Holly Willoughby opted for ice blue while Strictly's Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman joined forces, following early arrival Scarlett Moffatt down the red carpet and pregnant Hollyoaks star Jennifer Metcalfe looked blooming in lace. Ella Eyre was forced to accessorise her pretty pink number with an umbrella as the heavens opened on the early arrivals. 

The British Academy Television Awards will be hosted by former Bake Off star Sue Perkins - a change from usual presenter Graham Norton who was busy with Eurovision hosting responsibilities in Ukraine.
