And it seems The Beckham's have taken it literally when they all went to a SoulCycle session at the Brentwood branch of the spin studio on Thursday. David, 40, who is a regular at the high octane exercise classes, was joined by wife Victoria, 41, and their 16-year-old son Brooklyn.
