Taking to her app recently, the mother-of-two, inset, revealed that she wears not one, but two, pairs of Spanx under her figure-hugging dresses to sculpt her body. 


But can a real woman pull off the look? And is looking as trim as Kim as uncomfortable as it sounds? Speaking about Kim's trick, Sara Blakely, the founder of the brand, recently told Stella magazine: 'It's not necessary, but I have a lot of respect for the women who go there.'
