UK Prime Minister David Cameron to reveal controversial plans to let thousands of refugees into Britain

The Prime Minister has dramatically dropped his opposition to taking more people fleeing the country's civil war.
His U-turn came after shocking photographs of the body of three-year-old Aylan Kurdi washed up on a Mediterranean beach were released.
Mr Cameron had previously argued taking in refugees would encourage more people to risk the hazardous sea crossing to Europe.
But under the drastic new plans – to be detailed in Commons as MPs return from a summer break – Britain will take refugees directly from the camps in countries bordering Syria.
Ministers have refused to reveal how many refugees will be allowed into the UK – but some have speculated it could be as high as 10,000.
It will mark a major expansion of the Government's refugee programme, which has seen 216 Syrians re-settled in Britain so far.
But critics have claimed the proposals will do nothing to help the tens of thousands who have already reached Europe and are looking to claim asylum.
And Ukip leader Nigel Farage has urged officials' "short-term emotional reaction" to the horrific image to be "overcome by a more considered view".
But the "misguided" idea that "that anyone who comes can be accepted" will only lead to more tragedies, he added.
Mr Cameron said he felt "deeply moved" by the images of tragic Aylan and insisted Britain will "fulfill our moral responsibilities" towards refugees.
