If you’re a music lover who wouldn’t mind crossing the seven seas to meet their favourite celebrity, online taxi hailing service, Uber Lagos is giving you the opportunity to an exclusive meet and greet with the King of Lagos Party, Banky W!
From November 9, 2015, Uber users interested in this offer are expected to apply the promo code MEETBANKYW to their account and take a ride, which unlocks the special BANKYW view on November 14 between 11:00am and 2:00pm.
Thereafter, users should request the ‘BANKYW’ in-app and Voila, they’ll be whisked away to a secret location to meet the star singer/songwriter/rapper in person!

1. From Today till Friday 13th Nov, enter the promo code MEETBANKYW and make sure you take a ride;
2. On Sat, 14th Nov, everyone who has applied the code and taken a ride will see the BankyW option appear in their Uber App;
3. Slide to BankyW and hit ‘request BankyW’. If connected, you (and ONE friend) will be picked up, receive in-car swag and driven to meet Banky W;
4. There are limited spots up for grabs. Demand will be off the charts so you may have to try a few times before you get lucky;
5. Make sure you take photos and tweet love to @uber_lagos and @bankyW.
