Mother-of-three Sally Allan (pictured, top) was last seen at her home in Ponteland, Newcastle, at 3am on Boxing Day.
She had spent a cheery Christmas with her family just hours earlier, laughing at reruns of BBC favourite Fawlty Towers, leaving no hints that anything was amiss.
Five days since she disappeared and her family are now gravely concerned as to her whereabouts. At a press conference held today, Mrs Allan's husband Gordon Allan, 60 (bottom, with daughter Claire), described his wife as a 'selfless woman' and 'wonderful mother', and called on the public to help find her.
