Michelle Obama Releases Rap Music

American First Lady, Michelle Obama, is known for being a first lady with a difference.

Michelle, fondly referred to as Flotus, knows fully well that music as a tool can be used as a medium to reach the youth.
For a campaign to promote the importance of going to college, the First Lady teamed up with Saturday Night Live’s Jay Pharoah and the website College Humor to perform a rap song geared at spreading the message. The song was written and produced by The Gregory Brothers, a group known for “autotuning the news” – viral music videos inspired by American news programmes.
The video for the song, Go To College, has gone viral and generated many reactions from people all over the world including a Twitter meme tagged #FlotusBars.
On Easter Sunday, Michelle Obama danced on stage for her Let’s Move! Initiative encouraging children to exercise and eat healthily. She is also known to have done justice to break dance in the past. She had also danced with Ellen Degeneres to Uptown Funk.
Meanwhile, while the Americans and the world over are celebrating the pastimes of Michelle, their Nigerian counterparts are asking Nigerian First Lady, Hajia Aisha Buhari, when she is going to embrace the Michelle style and release a rap single on any of the ranging hot topics in Nigeria.
