The storm, which has battered the South, has led to more than 280 flood alerts and warnings being put in place - with some tracks in Wales left underwater and more than 1.5in of rain expected to fall today.
Rail services in Wales and southern England are under speed restrictions while all trains in and out of Cornwall were cancelled after a tree fell onto the tracks and was struck by a train.
Almost 13,500 homes have been left without power, mostly across the South West and South Wales. And an RSPCA inspector is missing after attending the rescue of dozens of sea birds at a beach in Cornwall.
