It's A Cabinet Re-Chuckle! The United Arab Emirates Appoints Seven Women To Its New Government Including A Minister Of State For HAPPINESS (But Can You Guess Which One?)

Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed took to Twitter to announce a radical Cabinet reshuffle in which Ohood al Roumi (top left), 29, was tasked with injecting some joy into the country. She was one of seven women named to posts in the new 29-member Cabinet.

'The new cabinet focuses on the future, youth, happiness, developing education and combating climate change,' tweeted Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed, who is also the Emirati vice president and ruler of Dubai.
