Madonna's representatives told a High Court judge in London of her hopes as the custody battled continued today.
Mr Justice MacDonald began hearing submissions in the dispute between Madonna (centre) and her ex-husband Ritchie, 47, (insert) at a private hearing in the Family Division of the court earlier this week.
Rocco, 15, (left) was at the hearing today - but not Madonna or Mr Ritchie.
All three are represented by separate legal teams. It's claimed Madonna's 19-year-old daughter Lourdes (right) is acting as a mediator between her mother and Rocco (top right).
The Queen of Pop's legal team said she wants to 'heal the wounds' in the dispute. Her counsel David Williams QC added that all Madonna, 57, has ever wanted is 'the best' for her son.
Rocco has planned an Easter holiday with his film director father in the Maldives
