'I understand your pain': Rape survivor, 21, pens emotional open letter to the Stanford sexual assault victim, praising her 'courage, relentless spirit and noble voice'

A rape survivor has written to the Stanford student who was sexually assaulted in an open letter urging her to 'stay strong'. 


Delaney Henderson, 21, from California, pictured left and right, was attacked aged 16 by two older pupils from her Catholic high school. She was so traumatized by the experience and the bullying she underwent that she tried to take her own life.
