Accommodation in New York city is notoriously expensive, with average nightly rates being in the hundreds.


But one quirky rental, located within 10 minutes of Times Square, is offering guests 'exceptional views of the city' for just $39 (£29) a night. The only catch is that it's inside a renovated taxi - and there's no shower facility.
