But what about his sisters? The new Duke of Westminster will inherit his father's £9BILLION estate leaving his three sisters with trust funds

The 25-year-old son of the late Duke of Westminster is likely to become one of Britain's most eligible bachelors after inheriting his father's entire £9billion estate - despite having two older sisters.

Hugh Richard Louis Grosvenor (pictured third from right), who was asked to be Prince George's godfather by Prince William in 2013, will also receive the family seat in Cheshire, Eaton Hall following the death of his father. This is because of primogeniture - which the Normans introduced to common law in Britain in 1066 - which puts male children ahead of female children, irrespective of age. So although Hugh is the third of his father's four children, he will inherit the Duke of Westminster's title and his entire £9billion estate. His three sisters, Tamara, 36, (second from right) Edwina, 34, (left) and Viola, 23, (far right) are set to inherit considerable trust funds.
