ALAVES 1-4 REAL MADRID: A hat-trick and a missed penalty... Ronaldo doesn't do quiet games as Real run riot

Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat-trick but also missed from the penalty spot as Real Madrid thrashed Alaves to go top of La Liga. 


Alaves took an early lead courtesy of Acosta Deyverson in the seventh minute but that was cancelled out just ten minutes later when Ronaldo scored from the penalty spot. The Portugal international doubled his team's lead shortly after but missed an opportunity when presented with another chance from the spot in the 79th minute. Alvaro Morata spared Ronaldo's blushes in the 84th minute when he made it 3-1 before Real's No 7 sealed his hat-trick with two minutes remaining.
