Kate's clingy dress made the most of her tiny waist and hourglass shape, falling to the floor in a sweeping fishtail style for a touch of old Hollywood glamour.

The gym-mad star wore her tresses in a loose updo, highlighting her eyes with plenty of mascara and dark shadow.
