She's currently in the midst of a relaxing holiday in Bora Bora with her husband Joe Manganiello and her family. And Sofia Vergara took to Instagram on New Year's Eve to share with her followers what she's thankful for.
The 44-year-old, who donned a strapless dress and straw hat, wrote that she's 'thankful for all the things I learned this year.'
She added: 'Enjoy every day like there was no tomorrow. Wishing all my fans an amazing 2017 full of love and health. The only two things that really matter.'
The Modern Family star showed off her incredible curves in the long white dress, which featured a layered top.
