Georginio Wijnaldum scored the only goal of the game as Liverpool secured what could be a vital 1-0 victory over Manchester City in their final match of 2016. 


The Dutch midfielder arrived in the box at speed and rose to beat Aleksandar Kolarov in the air and thump his header past Claudio Bravo in the City goal.
