A Connecticut estate, formerly owned by Luther Vandross, has hit the market at $8.99 million. Located in quiet and serene town of Greenwich, the lavish property lies on 14.83 acres and features seven bedrooms and eight baths. Before the singer's untimely death in 2005 at age 54, Vandross had lived at the house and, as realtor Gila Lewis explained: 'He used the basketball court as a closet.'
