Voices of Youth, a vibrant community of youth bloggers from all over the world has announced it is accepting applications for its blogging internship.
The internship, which will commence in December 2015 and run for 3 months, is aimed at young people between ages 14 – 24 who are eager to develop their blogging skills and become successful bloggers.
During the internship, participants will develop their writing, research and critical thinking skills and connect with other engaged young people around the world in global dialogue.
The internship is done remotely – participants are not required to travel anywhere, and will be supervised by VOY Community Managers, who will provide participants with tips and tricks on how to become good writers and bloggers.
Participants will receive a certificate of merit from UNICEF upon successful completion of the internship.
Although only about 40 interns would be selected for the internship, others not selected can become a part of VOY community by submitting posts, commenting on posts, participating in discussions and following VOY on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
Interested participants are expected to apply on or before October 30, 2015.
Voices of Youth, founded in 1995 by UNICEF, is an online platform for young people to learn more about issues affecting their world, exchange knowledge and ideas and currently has members in more than 180 countries.
