It's 15C... so must be time to strip off and jump in the sea: Britons determined to mark the start of spring with a splash as sunshine FINALLY arrives - and there's a lot more on the way

Spring finally arrived as Britain basked in sunshine and warm weather this weekend. 

Temperatures reached highs of around 15C and the Met Office has predicted a sunny week ahead. 

Sun-seekers even took the opportunity to soak up the rays on the beach in Portsmouth, Hampshire as they stripped down to their swimwear (pictured).
