Baker Gemma Stafford, who is from Ireland but now lives in California, has created a jelly jam-filled doughnut which she says tastes 'just like the real thing' - despite the surprisingly simple recipe.
Without a deep fat fryer in sight, the blogger - who has more than 730,000 subscribers to her YouTube channel - creates the doughy snack in less than a minute by mixing all the ingredients in a mug and placing it in the microwave.
