When a 10-bedroom penthouse in Manhattan isn't enough: $85 MILLION apartment comes with keys to two Rolls Royces, seats beside Beyoncé - and a summer retreat for when you're bored

New York's most expensive ever condo apartment has gone on the market for $85 million. 

The Manhattan penthouse comes with a range of perks for a 'curated lifestyle'. 

The condominium (top left) on the west side of midtown Manhattan has 10 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and views of the Hudson and the city. 

But it comes with a complete range of accessories for a billionaire's lifestyle, including clockwise from top right: a $1 million yacht and five years docking fees, three supercars including a soft top Rolls Royce and a courtside season ticket at the Brooklyn Nets, close to where Beyoncé and Jay Z have seats. 

Real estate agent Daniel Scott Neiditch tells Daily Mail Online: 'It's part of a lifestyle that we are offering to somebody who wants to come and live in New York.
