Marion Bartoli was famously insulted for not being 'a looker' by veteran BBC sports presenter John Inverdale following her Wimbledon triumph in 2013 (left).
But many have become concerned about her rapid weight loss after she dropped 70lb since she stepped away from the game (right, Bartoli now). Her fans have taken to social media in their droves to mirror that concern. One Twitter user (inset) wrote: 'I was pretty shocked when I saw Marion Bartoli doing the interview with Serena [Williams]... She's not looking healthy.' Others said she looks 'really thin' and 'gaunt' while another claimed that her body fat percentage had dropped to a worrying nine per cent.
