Wearing a lacy black bra, the ex-model, 40, who lives in Wimbledon with the 49-year-old former tennis champion and their seven-year-old son Amadeus, shows off a new tattoo of the continent she’s had inked on her ribcage.

‘When you come back from Africa . . .’ Holland-born Lilly wrote next to the photo, which she posted online. ‘Memories to last a lifetime.’
