Cabin Fever: The Eco-Friendly Camper Made From Recycled Materials That Has Its Own Off-The-Grid Electricity, Water And Wood Burner - But It Will Cost You £60,000

The tailor-made creations, one of which is pictured main, are built by a company in Austria using natural materials such as clay and larch wood which is treated with natural oils, with insulation provided by sheep's wool.

Solar panels are placed on the roof in order to generate energy, while water is stored and heated using either a wood-burning stove or the energy from these panels.

As well as appealing to the eco-friendly camper, Wohnwagon's trailers are also used as travelling cafes or office spaces (top inset shows a floor plan of one of the campers).

The price of a Wohnwagon starts at $49,000 and moves up to around $104,500 for a large, fully-furnished, fully-self-sufficient model (the interior of which is pictured bottom inset).
