Dozens of friends and relatives gathered outside the Milton Chapel at Chilterns Crematorium, which is nestled in the serene valleys of rural Buckinghamshire, as a hearse pulled up shortly after 12.15pm today.
Mr Daniels' wife, Debbie McGee, could be seen exiting a limousine cloaked in black as the funeral procession made its way into the chapel before she returned to a waiting car after the service with a large smile on her face (top left).
A note (inset top) written by the widow was placed on top of her late husband's coffin (right) and simply read: 'Love you always, Debbie xxx.'
Mr Daniels (inset top right) was arguably the nation's most-loved magician and enjoyed a highly successful career before his publicist announced he was suffering from terminal brain cancer in February. His funeral was attended by a number of familiar faces including comedian Barry Cryer, television presenter Gloria Hunniford, who was dressed in a striking blue blazer (bottom left) and actress Bonnie Langford.
